Fifteen years turning delivery into a function.

I lead product operations and delivery. My work is the operating system that sits between what a product team builds and the rest of the company: release processes, sprint health, cross-functional readiness, planning rhythms, and the reporting that gives everyone clear signal.

I have led delivery in five very different environments: an enterprise B2B SaaS platform during ARR scale, a data design consultancy inside The Economist Group, a full-service digital agency working with blue-chip clients, Dyson's in-house digital team across 30 countries, and most recently a Web3 product studio. Different sectors, different titles, a similar shape each time: delivery starts as something senior leaders carry on the side, and I build it into something that runs on its own.

In several of these I built the operating function from scratch: product delivery and release operations at Sedna, a delivery framework at Signal Noise, an internal digital agency model at Dyson, and a marketing operations function at the Web3 studio. The common thread is systems that make a whole team more effective, rather than owning a roadmap myself.
